التعاون العلمي بين الجهات القضائية والجامعات

في إطار تفتح قطاع العدالة على الفضاء الجامعي وتعزيز الشراكة والتعاون في المجال العلمي بين الجهات القضائية والجامعات ومؤسسات التكوين المحلية، وكذا تنفيذ برنامج التكوين على المستوى المحلي لفائدة القضاة والموظفين، قامت المجالس القضائية سنة 2020 بمساعي مع الجامعات ومعاهد التكوين المتواجدة بدائرة اختصاصها، أسفرت على إبرام اتفاقيات تعاون تم توقيعها من قبل 27 مجلس قضائي و25 محكمة إدارية.
