On May 4, 2011 this court conducted a suppression hearing with respect to the basis for the stop of defendant's vehicle by Border Patrol Agent Napoli, the search of the vehicle, the seizure of marijuana from the vehicle, and defendant's statements to Investigator Norcross. At
