Considering Orders No. 65-182 of 10 July 1965 and 70-53 of 18 Jumada I 1390 corresponding to 21 July 1970 establishing the Government;​

Considering Order No. 73-29 of 5 July 1973 repealing Act No. 62-157 of 31 December 1962 renewing the legislation in force on 31 December 1962 until further notice;​

Considering Order No. 75-87 of 30 December 1975 adopting the tax codes;​
