REGULATION N°92-04 OF 22 MARCH 1992 ON EXCHANGE CONTROL
The Governor of the Bank of Algeria,
- Having regard to Act No. 90-10 of 14 April 1990 on currency and credit, in particular articles 44 paragraph “k”, 97 to 99 and 181 to 192 thereof
- Having regard to the Presidential Decree of 15 April 1990 on the appointment of the Governor of the Bank of Algeria;
- Having regard to the Presidential Decrees of 14 May 1990 on the appointment of Deputy Governors of the Bank of Algeria;
- Having regard to the Executive Decree of 1 July 1991 on the
