Judgment, insofar as appealed from, unanimously modified, on the law and facts, by deleting the award of counsel fees and the conditions imposed upon plaintiff's custody and striking from the ninth adjudging paragraph the sum of $16,911.66 and inserting in place thereof the sum of $18,686.66 plus appropriate interest, and by ordering that defendant surrender
