Legal Doctrine is a company which provides its subscribers with access to a legal database and an automated legal monitoring system which allows them to find information more easily. These services are accessible after registering on the legal-doctrine.com site and taking out a subscription.
Subscribing to the services offered on the legal-doctrine.com site implies knowledge and acceptance of the rules set out in this document. By using the site and its services, you acknowledge having accepted these rules.

Services offered
A subscription to the legal-doctrine.com platform gives access to all Algerian law contained on the platform as well as to the following functionalities and services:
- Keyword search;
- Intelligent search engine;
- Automated legal monitoring;
- Advanced search filters (by sector, sub-sector, organization, sub-organization, document type);
- Technical support via chat available 24/7 (excluding support related to the subscriber's hardware or Internet connection);
- Provision of authenticated documents;
- Delivery of any document not found on the site;
- Consultation of legal contributions, white papers.
Legal Doctrine also provides, upon request, additional and/or personalized services.
Subscribing
Legal Doctrine activates the subscription for the requested number of users after signing a membership form or signing an agreement, then receiving payment.
Activation of the subscription is strictly subject to receipt of payment by Legal Doctrine.
Term and payment arrangements
The subscription is annual. Payment is made in one (1) installment for the entire price indicated on the membership form or the agreement. It is renewed from year to year by tacit renewal, with the same composition as the previous year.
The addition of one or more additional end users during the subscription results in the signing of a new membership form. The financial terms (unit price, commitment duration) are the same as those formulated in the initial subscription. The duration remains the same as that specified in the subscription and begins upon receipt of payment linked to the addition of the new user(s).
Subscriptions taken out during the year begin on the date of receipt of payment by check or bank transfer and end twelve (12) months later.
Subscribers who wish not to renew their subscription notify us by letter with acknowledgment of receipt no later than fifteen (15) days before the subscription end date.
Pricing policy
The subscription price is excluding taxes. In the event of a change in the tax rate, the amount of the latter may be reflected in the price of the subscription.
Legal Doctrine reserves the right to revise the subscription price. Any revision will be announced by email no later than one (1) month before it takes effect. The subscriber may reject the revised price before it takes effect. If the subscriber does not expressly reject it, they will be deemed to have accepted the revision, which will apply from the next payment due date.
In the event that the subscriber takes out a subscription within the framework of a special agreement, the financial terms will be those stipulated in said agreement, specified if necessary by the membership form.
The membership form may provide specific terms regarding financial conditions.
Access to services
Each subscriber has an “administrator” account which allows them to distribute user account(s) within their organization. Each end user has personal access to the platform thanks to the combination of a login/password.

Termination of subscription
Legal Doctrine and the subscriber endeavor to fulfill their obligations in good faith and within reasonable timeframes.
Legal Doctrine may terminate the subscription if the subscriber fails to comply with the CGU (legal-doctrine.com/cgu) or with the obligations set out in these CGV. Termination will then take effect immediately and without notice.
Liability
The legal content available on legal-doctrine.com is provided for information purposes only. Legal Doctrine accepts no liability for direct or indirect loss arising from the information presented.
Any loss of data, cyberattack, or other harm beyond our control, which may result in damage, cannot be our responsibility.
Furthermore, Legal Doctrine undertakes to provide the services offered diligently, within the agreed deadlines. In the event of force majeure, Legal Doctrine cannot be held responsible.
Applicable law and dispute resolution
These CGV are subject to Algerian law.
In the event of a dispute between the subscriber and Legal Doctrine, the parties must examine the matter and seek an amicable solution before either party brings legal proceedings.
In the event of legal action, the dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Algiers.
