Vu la loi organique n° 16-10 du 22 Dhou El Kaâda 1437 correspondant au 25 août 2016, modifiée et complétée, relative au régime électoral, notamment ses articles 136,139, 140, 141, 142 et 143 (alinéas 1 et 2) ;
Vu le règlement du 7 Ramadhan 1440 correspondant au 12 mai 2019, modifié et complété, fixant les règles de fonctionnement du Conseil constitutionnel, notamment ses articles 48, 49 et 50 (alinéa 1er) ;
Vu
