Vu la Constitution, notamment en ses articles 182(alinéas 2 et 3) et 191 (alinéa 3) ; 

Vu la loi organique n° 16-10 du 22 Dhou El Kaâda 1437correspondant au 25 août 2016 relative au régime électoral ;

Vu le Règlement du 28 Joumada Ethania 1437 correspondant au 6 avril 2016 fixant les règles de fonctionnement du Conseil constitutionnel, notamment son article 18 (alinéa 2) ; 

Vu le décret présidentiel n° 18-286 du 5 Rabie
