Les États qui, étant membres de l'Organisation de l'aviation civile internationale, signent le présent Accord sur le Transport aérien international et y adhèrent, sont convenus de ce qui suit:
Article premier
Section 1
Chaque État contractant accorde aux autres États contractants, en ce qui concerne les services aériens internationaux réguliers, les libertés de l'air suivantes:
1. Le droit
