Les Ministres invitent le Comité des marchés publics établi en vertu de l' Accord sur les marchés publics figurant à l' Annexe 4 b) de l' Accord instituant l' Organisation mondiale du commerce à préciser ce qui suit:
a) un Membre souhaitant accéder à l' Accord sur les marchés publics au titre du paragraphe 2 de l' article XXIV dudit accord en informera le Directeur général de l' OMC en lui communiquant les renseignements pertinents, y compris une offre concernant les entités et les services
