La présente norme vise les champignons séchés (y compris les champignons  lyophilisés), entiers ou en lamelles, de toutes les espèces comestibles, après parage et conditionnement.1

2.1 Définition des produits

2.1.1 Champignons séchés entiers: produit obtenu à partir de champignons nettoyés et déshydratés. Leurs pieds peuvent être raccourcis.

2.1.2 Chapeaux entiers sans pieds.
