INSTRUCTION N° 02 DU 25 JANVIER 1997 RELATIVE AU JUSTIFICATIF DE POSITION VIS-À-VIS DU SERVICE NATIONAL PRÉALABLE AU RECRUTEMENT ET À LA DÉLIVRANCE DE CERTAINS DOCUMENTS ADMINISTRATIFS
L’ordonnance N° 74-103 du 15 Novembre 1974 portant code du service national prévoit en son article 1er que le service national est une obligation pour toutes les personnes de nationalité algérienne âgées de 19 ans révolus.
