Having regard to Ordinance No. 75-58 of 26 September 1975, amended and supplemented, on the Civil Code;
- Having regard to Ordinance No. 75-59 of 26 September 1975, amended and supplemented, on the Code of Commerce;
- Having regard to Ordinance No 03-11 of 27 Jumada Ethania 1424 of 26 August 2003 on currency and credit, in particular Articles 56, 57 and 62
