Having regard to Ordinance No. 75-59 of 26 September 1975, as amended and supplemented, on the Code of Commerce;
- Having regard to Ordinance No 03-11 of 27 Jumada Ethania 1424 corresponding to 26 August 2003 on currency and credit, in particular Articles 56 and 57 thereof
- Having regard to Act No. 05-01 of 27 Dhou El Hidja 1425 of 6 February 2005 on the prevention of and fight against money laundering and terrorist financing;
