The Governor of the Bank of Algeria;
- Having regard to Act No. 90.10 of 14 April 1990 on Currency and Credit, in particular Articles 96, 110, 113 and 121 thereof;
- Having regard to Ordinance No. 75.59 of 26 September 1975, as amended and supplemented, on the French Code of Commerce, in particular, Articles 472 to 543;
- Having regard to the Presidential Decree of 15 April 1990 on the appointment of the Governor of the Bank of Algeria;
- Having
