The Governor of the Bank of Algeria,
- Having regard to Act No. 90-10 of 14 April 1990 on currency and credit, in particular, the provisions of Book I and Article 107 thereof;
- Having regard to the Presidential Decree of 15 April 1990 on the appointment of the Governor of the Bank of Algeria;
